What to include

  • Your iPhone model, iOS version, and Chalkline version
  • Whether the team is fastpitch or slowpitch
  • The screen or optional service involved
  • Whether the device was offline, private iCloud sync was enabled, or Simply Softball was connected
  • What you expected and what happened

Do not send a minor’s full name, guardian details, an unredacted score sheet, a live-follow key, or exported scorebook data unless a reply asks for the minimum information needed.

If scoring appears wrong, suspend the game and keep the append-only journal intact. Avoid deleting or recreating the team before contacting support.
